Groundbreaking of Luxury Housing Project Begins, GOLF's 2024 Marketing Sales Could Reach IDR 257 Billion

BALI, September 29, 2024 – PT Intra Golflink Resorts Tbk (GOLF) has commenced construction on the ‘The Links Golf Villa’ project on Friday (27/9), following the successful sale of all units in Cluster I. The groundbreaking ceremony, marking the start of the construction, was officiated by GOLF’s President Commissioner Darma Mangkuluhur Hutomo and President Director Dwi Febri Astuti.

The company has appointed PT Kizuna Jepang Indonesia and PT Genta Multi Jayya as the contractors for this luxury housing project located in Pecatu Indah Resort, Jimbaran, Bali. The construction is expected to take 13 months, with completion anticipated by Q3 2025.

Darma Mangkuluhur expressed his excitement at the high demand for the luxury homes located within the golf course area. “Only at ‘The Links Golf Villa’ can you buy a villa and get a golf course,” he remarked after the groundbreaking ceremony.

It is noteworthy that each luxury home unit in ‘The Links Golf Villa’ is situated directly on the New Kuta Golf Bali course, which is managed by the company’s subsidiary, PT New Kuta Golf And Ocean View (NKG). In Cluster I, all 24 luxury home units, covering a total area of 1.1 hectares, are located to the right of Hole 3 of the NKG-owned golf course.

Meanwhile, all the homes in Cluster II will have backyards directly adjacent to Hole 2 of New Kuta Golf. Sales for Cluster II have already begun, coinciding with the groundbreaking of Cluster I.

GOLF’s President Director, Dwi Febri Astuti, hopes the company can sell at least 10 units by December 2024. The price per unit in Clusters I and II is around IDR 7 billion and IDR 8 billion, respectively.

“Our selling price for these luxury homes is more competitive compared to our competitors, which is driving high buyer interest. Our buyer profile is diverse, with both local and foreign residents, but most are still Indonesian citizens (WNI) living in the Greater Jakarta area,” she explained.

The strong demand for GOLF’s luxury homes has enabled the company to record pre-sales (marketing sales) of IDR 177.3 billion from January to September 2024. Assuming the sales target for Cluster II is achieved by December 2024, the company’s total marketing sales could reach IDR 257 billion by the end of this year.
