Anti Corruption Act

Definition

Corruption is very detrimental to the state's finances or the national economy and hinders national development, so it must be eradicated in order to create a just and prosperous society based on Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution.

 

In general, corruption crimes meet the following elements:

  1. Unlawful acts,
  2. Abuse of authority, opportunity, or means,
  3. Enriching oneself, others, or corporations, and
  4. Harming the state's finances or the national economy.

 

Legal Basis

  1. Law Number 3 of 1971 on Eradication of Corruption
  2. Law Number 28 of 1999 on State Administrators that are Clean and Free from Corruption, Collusion, and Nepotism
  3. Law Number 31 of 1999 on Eradication of Corruption Crimes
  4. Law No. 30 of 2002 on the Corruption Eradication Commission

 

Anti-Corruption Policy

The Company establishes an Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Policy that applies within the Company environment involving all stakeholders including employees, partners, and government agencies. This policy applies to the Board of Commissioners, Directors, management ranks, and all employees of the Company without exception.

 

COMPANY COMMITMENT

The Company is committed to implementing corporate governance that is free from corruption and fraud because it can disrupt the stability of the Company, harm the Company's finances, and hinder the Company's growth and business continuity.

 

GUIDELINES ON GRATIFICATION

  1. As long as the gift is intended to foster good relations within reasonable limits and considers equal relationships, mutual respect, and is not intended to bribe the concerned party.
  2. Not allowed in the form of cash except in the context of sponsorship or Company promotion by attaching supporting documents, the Company logo must be included as an integral part.
  3. Not allowed in forms that violate morality and law.

If in practice, you find or encounter events that are included in prohibited actions, then all members of the Board of Directors, members of the Board of Commissioners, or Company employees must report to their direct supervisor and the Company Secretary in writing.

  • Consequences of violations of this policy will be subject to administrative sanctions and/or disciplinary actions such as dismissal through mechanisms applicable to Company Regulations and prevailing laws and regulations.
