KONTAN.CO.ID - JAKARTA — PT Intra Golflink Resorts Tbk (GOLF) held a topping-off ceremony for a residential project and golf facility renovation in Bali.
GOLF's subsidiary, PT New Kuta Golf and Ocean View, completed the The Links Golf Villa Bali residential project on Tuesday (April 29). The topping-off ceremony marked the on-schedule completion of the residential development.
President Director of PT New Kuta Golf and Ocean View and also President Director of GOLF, Dwi Febri Astuti, said the topping-off moment is tangible proof of the company’s commitment to completing projects on time.
"We understand that customer trust is the foundation of the property industry. Therefore, we are committed not only to meeting, but exceeding their expectations," she stated in an official release recently.
The Links Golf Villa Bali is part of an integrated residential area with direct access to a Championship golf course. With its premium facilities and elegant design, the project has received a positive response since its launch.
The unit handover process to customers is now scheduled for November 2025, earlier than the previously planned April 2026.
“We are committed to maintaining transparency, quality, and integrity at every stage of construction as a form of responsibility to all stakeholders,” she added.
On the same day, PT New Kuta Golf and Ocean View also held a topping-off ceremony to mark the completion of the structural stage of the locker and operational office expansion renovation project located in the Pecatu Indah Resort Bali area.
This Locker Expansion Renovation is part of New Kuta Golf’s ongoing efforts to enhance facilities and services for its members and golfers.
According to Dwi, the project is expected to bring a refreshed atmosphere with various new amenities to be introduced, including 360 lockers, a sauna, whirlpool, lounge, prayer room (musala), clinic, and additional shower rooms—aiming to provide a better experience for guests.
The locker and office expansion renovation is scheduled for full completion in September 2025 and is expected to bring a new face to the operations and services of the golf club.
"This moment not only marks the completion of the structural stage, but also our commitment to continue growing and providing the best for the golf community in Indonesia, especially in Bali," she emphasized.
The event was also attended by President Commissioner of PT New Kuta Golf & Ocean View, Darma Mangkuluhur Hutomo, Dwi Febri Astuti, Director Andi Nuryadmanto, and General Manager Agus Herwinoto.
