PECATU, Investortrust.id – PT New Kuta Golf and Ocean View, the developer of The Links Golf Villa-Bali, held a topping-off ceremony for the exclusive residential project located in the heart of a premium golf area.
This event marked a significant milestone in the construction progress, which has not only proceeded on schedule but has even surpassed expectations, with the estimated unit handover now set to occur ahead of the original plan.
The ceremony was attended by the President Commissioner of PT New Kuta Golf & Ocean View, Darma Mangkuluhur Hutomo; President Director of PT New Kuta Golf & Ocean View, Dwi Febri Astuti; and the management team.
Guests witnessed and participated in the symbolic final concrete pouring and the traditional tumpeng cutting ceremony, as a gesture of gratitude for the smooth progress of construction.

She explained that this topping-off symbolizes New Kuta Golf & Ocean View’s commitment to quality, punctuality, and customer satisfaction. The ceremony stands as a tangible testament to PT New Kuta Golf & Ocean View’s dedication to delivering high-quality residences on time—if not earlier than promised.
“This achievement is supported by solid project management, close collaboration with trusted contractor partners, vendors, and full support from the on-site construction team,” she added.
The Links Golf Villa-Bali is part of an integrated residential area that promotes an active and healthy lifestyle, strategically located with direct access to a Championship golf course. With premium facilities and elegant design, the project has received positive responses since its launch.
With construction progress ahead of initial estimates, the unit handover to consumers is now scheduled for November 2025, earlier than the previous target of April 2026.
